It's OK. You will not find a great selection of food or beverages. The healthy options, you can count them with one hand. At least there is good coffee. 😉 …
clean.. friendly helpful service.. some shops
LAX terminal #7 is a united airlines terminal. Lines could be long-standing in the LAX terminal. Try to accommodate yourself by having clear or TSA Precheck for faster and shorter lines. Gates 60-86 can be found here. Enjoy your flight
Waiting for boarding time, everything was unpredictably good , starting with driving from San Diego to LAX on Christmas Eve!!! NO traffic, ready to board on time. Easy check in, easy but thorough security check, no much people on Christmas eve !!
United terminal #7 is a dumpster fire of an airport terminal. Disgusting bathrooms, awful seats, and only "premium" restaurants that are just an excuse to charge you $35 for food they heated up in a microwave. It's closed off from the rest of the international terminal so you have no choice.
Only reason they get two stars is because they at least have plenty of charging stations.
Surprised that the place was not busy on a Saturday morning. Check in has short lines and arrivals is a ghost town.
Smooth sailing, going through security was quick, staff was actually nice. United staff not so much but got the job done. Happy to see cafes open at 430am!
Worst airport ever. All TSA and united staff are systematically rude. Long queues everywhere unproperly managed. You need to do the luggage dropoff yourself. Half of check-in compters are out of order. Security baskets for hand luggage are piling and no one cares. Toilets and carpets ate dirty and thete is no place to sit.
At 9 am on a Thursday, the terminal was packed. No place to stand, let alone sit down. All eating establishments full, all restrooms with wait lines, it was a zoo. Bad terminal/flight management on United's part. Regarding restaurants, there is no fast food in this terminal, other than the overpriced sandwiches at the grab-n-gos. LAX, brought to you by the same people that manage the LA subway, the light rail to nowhere, wildfire management, city planning, subsidized water to almond growers, and the homeless crisis.
Glad they remodel this area looks alot nicer than before...easy in easy out...thanks to to the crew that made it happen
